SHIPPING

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

FREE SHIPPING

We deliver to all mainland EU countries!

Including but not limited to the following situations do not support free shipping:

1.Remote Areas:
If our warehouse system identifies the shipping address as a remote area, free shipping will not be provided.
In such cases, our customer service team will contact you and provide a screenshot from the backend system for confirmation.
Please note that remote areas are determined by postal codes, which are not listed here. The final determination is based on the actual shipping address.

2.For non-EU countries:
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
We’ll provide all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Please note: If the parcel is returned due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping and related costs will be deducted from your refund.

VERIFICATION

Once your order has been authorized and verified, a confirmation email will be sent to you. We will start preparing as soon as we confirm your order. It is difficult for us to change or cancel your order during this time frame, however, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

We usually take 1-3 business days to process your order.
Note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

SHIPPING

Shipments typically take 5-10 business days to arrive, but may take 12-15 business days during busy periods such as holidays. Please refer to the table below for various transit times to international destinations.

NOTICE

*Delivery time is an estimate and is calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of the order, and may take longer than estimated due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other reasons.

*Please submit the ticket within 60 days after shipment, if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will reply you within 24 hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted.
